This form is a pre-approval application only..NOT an agreement to receive a pup. We will use your answers as a starting point to work with you to determine whether one of our canines is the right choice for you. If so, your completed application will provide us with all the necessary information to help you select a healthy, beautiful pup that will fit into your family, lifestyle and expectations. The completion of this application is the first step towards approval. I am not looking for only right or wrong answers, but more I am trying to garner personality of the applicant, for it is vital in proper placement for one of my pups. Your are not being graded on the best answers here. In addition you should

If pre-approved and you wish to proceed a deposit half the price of the pup must be sent in, in order to ensure a placement to receive a pup, if pup is not born deposits are sent back promptly or the person can transfer over to next breeding season *their choice* pups are pre-sold before parents are bred and they are even born.

31) which sex do you prefer, and if your first choice was not born would you take the opposite sex (priority is given to flexibility on this, it takes a lot of work and time to find the right applicants, only to have a buyer backout if chosen sex was not born. Leaving me to scramble and find a last minute home. I allow the first couple of applicants only to do this, as I cannot guarantee sex of pups. I do take all peoples first choice into consideration with no guarantee.
32) Where will the dog be staying when you are out working/shopping etc? (These dogs cannot be left in a crate in the house while you work, or be allowed left free in the home while you work)
32) What will you do with the dog if you go on vacation, and the dog does not travel well?
33) Training is of the upmost importance to instill guidance in a young pup will you be willing to take the pup to obedience classes? Or plan to train the pup yourself?
34) Are you aware nordic/northern breed types/dogs cannot be 100% trusted off leash and are highly prey driven canines. Yes or No?
35) I am aware that if left to roam free, there is a potential for the dog to get into serious trouble harass native wildlife, neighbors, chase harass livestock, chase children , injure kill small animals. Yes or No?
36) Are you willing to sign a legally binding spay/neuter contract ?
37) Have you done any research (or read any books) on wolves, and or nordic breed types like wolfdogs, Alaskan malamutes, CDN Eskimo dogs, Sibes etc?
38) Is there a preferred color choice? (I cannot guarantee color buyer MUST be also flexible with of course first choice taken into consideration)
39) Are you wanting pup shipped or can you come to pick up (Please note we do not ship. We understand this will impact greatly some from being able to attain a pup from us and I do apologize for this inconvenience, but our pups welfare comes first. ALL my pup buyers have either flown here and back (from all over) with pup or driven here and back.

If you dont have children right now and wish to one day have them (THINK CAREFULLY on this one) and you have a baby someday, will you suddenly start feeling such a canine is unsafe to have due to you having a baby? or you wont have the time to give the dog anymore? Or NO MATTER what, they are a family member too and will MAKE things work.
41.) Is a dog just a dog to you? or are they TRULY a family member, whom like any family member you make compromises for and sacrifices for sometimes, you NEVER leave a family member behind.
